We hope you love your purchase, however if for any reason you are not happy, please see below for our returns policy.

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after the item(s) have been delivered. We do not currently offer paid returns meaning you are responsible for the shipment and payment of the return. We would always suggest using a tracked service for your return.

When returning your parcel, please clearly mark it with your full name and order number. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

In order to return an item correctly, please follow these conditions:
- Email info@allmyyears.co.uk with your order number and items you wish to return. 
- Upon confirmation, you will be provided with the return address. Returns must be sent to us within 14 days of purchase
- Item must be returned undamaged and unused, with it's original packaging 
- Return your items to us using a tracked service
- Please note, personalised items and prints are not refundable or exchangeable.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the above process and then place another order for your correct item.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have changed your mind, you have 15 minutes cooling off period in which to cancel your order. After that, your order will be sent to be processed. Due to many of our items being made to order, after this time we are unable to cancel your order.
